U.S. citizen Sarah, and her third-generation Indian minister husband, James, founded Sarah’s Covenant Homes (SCH) in January 2008. SCH exists to rescue abandoned children with neurological & developmental special needs and provide them with love, education, therapy, medical & surgical care, and LIFE in a family-style environment. The Lord has been providing the workers and finances just as they are most needed.

Sarah has a degree in International Community Development (concentrations in education and nonprofit management). James holds a Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University and is the founder of India Christian Ministries. Married for fifteen years, James and Sarah are settled in India with their daughters Simona (14), Shayna (9), and Amira (6).
 

Currently, over 80 children and young adults are under the care of SCH in Ongole, India.
